I am a proud geek and avid lover of pop culture things. I watch movies and television shows, play games, and hang out at comic cons as part of my research. More specifically, my scholarly work explores visual narratives, content-creator communities, and arts-based collaboration and learning. I am currently creating my own visual novel video game as a means for exploring game production as scholarly inquiry.
